Every recommendation is made with the athlete's long-term success in mind.

Experienced professionals who have lived the student-athlete journey.
Kip Tani
Founder - Varsity Athlete
Based in the United States, Kip leads Varsity Athlete's US-based operations only, focusing on relationships with U.S. college programs and ensuring seamless placement and support for athletes transitioning to college.
Ivana Georgieva Trencheva
Director, International Students, Talent Scout & Coach
Former NJCAA & NCAA Division I collegiate athlete. Originally from Razlog, Bulgaria, where she trained at the Razlog Volleyball Academy. Current club coach at Cape Coast Volleyball Club and volunteers at the Florida Tech Institute of Technology Volleyball Program. Over 17 years of playing experience and 7 years of coaching experience.
I grew up in a small, unique city where it took one coach to motivate me and give me the idea of America. At first it sounded unreachable, but after that the motivation started growing. My desire is to help grateful and talented international athletes and make a difference in their life, as my coach did in mine.
Emilia Manova
Talent Scout & Coach
Based in Bulgaria, Emilia identifies promising talent and supports student-athlete development both on the court and in the classroom. She works hands-on in practice to sharpen athletic skills while fostering the right academic mindset, guiding each athlete toward long-term success.
