Ivana Georgieva Trencheva
VP, Talent Evaluator, Coach - Internationals
Former NJCAA & NCAA Division I collegiate athlete. Originally from Razlog, Bulgaria, where she trained at the Razlog Volleyball Academy. Current club coach at Cape Coast Volleyball Club and assists the Florida Tech Volleyball Program. Over 17 years of playing experience and 7 years of coaching experience.
Emilia Manova
Talent Scout & Coach
Based in Bulgaria, Emilia identifies promising talent and supports student-athlete development both on the court and in the classroom. She works hands-on in practice to sharpen athletic skills while fostering the right academic mindset, guiding each athlete toward long-term success.
Kip Tani
President, US-Based
Based in the United States, Kip leads Varsity Athlete International's domestic operations and relationships with U.S. college programs, ensuring seamless placement and support for athletes transitioning to college.
